Kweku Tanga
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Who we are
This website is run by Kweku Tanga, a marketing consultancy and branding firm at P.O. Box 329, Blantyre, Malawi. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@kwekutanga.co.mw or +265 981 876 512.
What we collect
- Analytics, only if you accept. If you click Accept on our cookie notice, Google Analytics records which pages you view, your approximate location (country and city), your device and browser, and the site that referred you. It does not tell us your name or contact details. If you click Decline, Google Analytics does not load.
- Your cookie choice. We save your Accept or Decline choice in your browser so we don’t ask on every visit.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of each visit, to keep the site secure and running.
- What you send us. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share.
How we use it
We use analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We use your messages to reply to you and to discuss our services. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who else is involved
Google provides our analytics and the fonts this site displays, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads. Our hosting provider stores the site and its logs. WhatsApp handles any messages you send us there. These providers may process data outside Malawi.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_8HEDVWF2P3, which last up to two years. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is kept for 2 months. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage our relationship with you.
Your rights
Under Malawi’s Data Protection Act, 2024, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive a copy of it. Contact us to do so. You can also complain to the Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA), the data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date.
